1. Products and Services

Sanova offers premium furniture, artificial plants, home décor accents, and lifestyle items.

Each collection is released in limited editions; once sold out, products may not be restocked.

Due to the handcrafted and natural nature of materials, slight variations in finish, texture, or color may occur. These are not defects but signs of authenticity.
2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and other trusted gateways.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹15,000.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders and Confirmations

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Dispatch and tracking details will be shared once the product ships.

Sanova reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@sanova.in.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Processing Time: 2–3 business days.

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days depending on the location.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Sanova is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.
6. Returns and Exchanges

Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, made-to-order items, and goods damaged post-delivery.

To initiate a return/exchange, contact sanovasocials@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after quality checks.
7. Warranty

Furniture (indoor use only): 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or transit damage (reported within 48 hours).

Artificial plants: 1-year warranty covering fading or material defects (not caused by mishandling).

Candles and décor accents: Covered only for breakage/damage during delivery (report within 48 hours).

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to exposure to water, sunlight, or fire.
8. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, text, graphics, and designs on www.sanova.in, is the property of Sanova.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure high-quality products, Sanova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the purchased product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
